The Mohi-ud-Din Islamic Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences Mirpur is open to all eligible candidates from anywhere in the world. The boys and girls from all over Pakistan, AJ&K and overseas can apply for admission. The admission is purely based on merit in accordance with the criteria laid down by university.
The applicant must have secured at least 60% marks in the HSSC (Intermediate Pre-Medical) Examination from a Board of Intermediate and Secondary education in Pakistan or an equivalent foreign qualification.
Candidates having foreign qualification i.e. other than HSSC/F.Sc (Premedical) from Pakistan, have to submit recognition of their qualification and equivalence certificates from the inter-board committee of Chairmen (IBCC), Islamabad.
1. Applicants for admission are invited through advertisements in leading national English and Urdu newspapers well before the start of the academic session. The last date for submission of applications is notified therein.
2. Foreign students seeking admission in MIRS should submit their applications along with the application fee through their Embassies/High Commissions of Pakistan.

A candidate, who is eligible for admission, must upload attested copies (as indicated against each)
of the following documents along with the application form:
1. HSSC-I & II Certificate / DMC (HSSC-I acceptable if HSSC-II Certificate not available 06 (Attested Copy)
2. Admissions purely based on merit
3. SSC or equivalent 06 (Attested Copy)
4. National Identity Card / Form-B / Passport 02 (Attested Copy)
5. 6 x Recent Passport size photograph
6. Domicile Certificate 02 (Attested Copy)
7. Affidavit/ Stam Paper
All the candidates selected for admission shall have to submit to the College authorities the original certificates of SSC or Equivalent and HSSC or equivalent before joining the college. These certificates will be returned after graduation or at the time of their leaving the College/University.
The original documents of the admitted students shall be verified from the respective boards/University
If a student gets admission on bogus/forged documents, his/her admission shall be immediately cancelled and the fee and dues paid by him/her shall be forfeited. Students shall be responsible for this illegal action and the college/university may file a forgery case against such a student who shall face all the consequences. Such students shall have no right to go to the court of law.
All students are required to submit duly notarized undertaking (specimen attached) on Rs.100/- stamp paper before commencement of classes.
